The Need to Train

It's less than a month before the New Balance run and Men's Health Urbanathlon and I have yet to train for it. I want to be fit to run by then but my laziness overpowers me. =)

I found a training program from the Men's Health PH website which I hope I can follow religiously. It's a 4-week training program and I should start today if I want to finish the program before the run.

I'm so out of shape so I really need to do this. Wish me luck!
